Tonight... we had a date. Which hasn't happened in a while. I mean, we go out, but not with the sole purpose of just being together.
And it was fun. We saw a movie (Little Miss Sunshine--nothing else was playing! But it was actually pretty good...), grabbed some kabobs for dinner, and now we're home.
But all I really wanted to say is.....
Tonight, we had a date. It was fun. Now it's bedtime. Goodnight.

Your "date night" sounds sweet. Gotta find a trustworthy babysitter and try to keep stuff like that going after Jeremy Jr. arrives on the scene.
ReplyDeleteI'm really impressed with your healthy eating program! Sounds similar to the way I ate when I was pregnant. And it had to be lots of little "meals" throughout the day (6 or more!) because, as you say, there's only so much room inside for your stomach to expand as JJ grows. Just wait until December!
I'm still struck with God's marvelous design for the female body. Glad you're enjoying your pregnancy.
BTW, when I saw your mention of "Brewers" I thought it had to do with eating brewers yeast (I know... eeeyooo, gross). I had read that it could boost milk production and because I was nursing twins, I tried it out and found it works! Disgusting taste... but the things we do for love.

Well, we've got lots of folks to choose from, as far as sitters go. :-) Although I don't know if I'll ever be able to find someone that is "worthy" of watching our child. ;-)
ReplyDeleteJust about 100 days to go... Seems so long, however we've already gone through the first 100+ days, so the last 100 or so should be a piece of cake??? Everyone keeps saying, "Oh, you'll wish you had more time...." I doubt it. :-)
I hoping that brewers yeast won't be necessary with just the one baby... However... he is Jeremy Jr.... So who knows.
