The official due date of Baby Wilcox! Originally, we were thinking the 7th... Then the 5th, but I'll take the 3rd! And more than likely, it'll be December 20-something, since even the nurse understands Jeremy's desire to get the tax break. Maybe we'll take that extra portion of our refund and put in a college fund for the "kids". We'll see!
I went to the Dr's today, and got to hear the Baby's heartbeat for the first time (we kinda saw it/heard it when we had our sonogram, but I was busy watching the screen, I didn't really pay attention). The Dr was surprised, because you usually can't hear the heartbeat until 12 weeks, and we're about 10.5 right now. I guess we're just special. :-)
Right now, I really feel like this whole pregnancy thing is taking too long--I really want to be at the "showing" stage, so I can start parking in the "expectant mothers and mothers with newborns" spots at the mall (would get too many weird looks now). And of course, I'm looking forward to the "kicking" and "moving" that goes along with it. Currently, we're working on the whole moving thing, and getting a mover settled, and ordering boxes for packing. My Mom and brothers are gonna help us pack (for $5 a box), so hopefully I'll be able to leave for work one day, and come back to a packed apt! I really am trying to not do too much so I don't aggrevate my back (all my Dr said about it was take it easy and lay low--and try Tylenol--expect it to flare up again... sigh...) So! I'll be taking it easy. Painting day is on my b-day, the 29th, for which my Aunt and Cousin will be in town (maybe my Aunt and I can go out for a bit while the painting is going on [again, Mom and Bro's painting], since I'm supposed to stay away).
Craziness!
