Well, it was nice while it lasted.
Starbucks is pulling their hot breakfast sandwiches from stores, so that the aroma won't compete with the coffee.
I really liked their breakfast sandwiches, and was glad when they introduced them a couple of years ago. I didn't get 'em very often, but they were a nice alternative to their breakfast pastries. Black Forest Ham, Egg & Cheddar, Spinach & Fontina Cheese, Turkey Bacon, all yum yum yum.
Sadly, they are no more. :( Oh well.
Half the time when I've gone to starbucks that's the only reason! boo!
ReplyDeleteI was in Starbucks today and was shocked, shocked I say, at the prices. I'd forgotten they charge as much as FIVE BUCKS for some of the drink items (at least around here). Therefore, for a penny-pincher like myself, any food item would have to be a bargain by comparison!
