Wow. The beginning of the end begins!
Couple of things:
Been thinking about the smoke monster, and why he didn't "kill" Keamy and his guys. I think he was pissed that he was bothered. Think about it--Ben runs down and calls him out of his "slumber", saying, "Hey! There are guys trying to kill us! Come help!" Begrudgingly, he agrees, but he's not all too happy about it. I mean, look at it, he was zipping through there, all fast and crazy like. Usually, when we see the smoke monster, he creeps in and sneaks up on ya. Not this time. That's why he didn't kill the whole crew (we learned tonight that one did die, but he was alive when they left.) He just flipped them around a bit. At least, that's my idea.
Also, revisiting the whole "Claire" thing. Tonight, we saw her with her father in Jacob's cabin. Uhh.... first of all, Claire, your "Dad" is dead... and you're hanging out with him in a creepy house, waiting for John Locke? Yeah... I think this confirms that there's "something" up with Claire. My guess, as some other have hypothesized---she's dead. Sounded kinda crazy last week, but this week it seems far more than plausible. How else could a mother give up her child to the care of "Sawyer"?? She's not human! :) "He's exactly where he should be." <~ Christian Shepherd. Well, if the psychic was so adament about Claire raising him, and Hurley says that Charlie says, "You're not supposed to raise him," then what the heck is going on??? Why is he with Kate? Is that "exactly where he's supposed to be??" Hmm...
That's all for now. We're keeping an eye on a tornado watch just south of us... If nothing else, we're getting lots of rain right now! My plants will be happy! Hmmm... what's going to happen to my flowers while we're out of town... Guess they're going to Grandma's, too! :)
