It's the start of a new month and things continue to fall into place! We've decided to live at The Clarendon in Arlington (steps from the Clarendon metro stop on the orange line). It will be a 17 minute door-to-door commute for me (Jeremy) into the city -- a one block walk to the metro station, a 12 minute metro ride, and another block to my office at 1666 K Street (two blocks from the White House)... Of course, convenience comes with a price, so we're planning to go down to one car to save money (they charge $40/mo for your first car and $200/mo if you have a second car!)

The place is really cool -- it's a brand new condo that's a block from the Clarendon Ballroom (for those who know DC) -- so if you're in the area, let's get together in June! The apartment is wired with high speed DSL service right out of the wall, so no modems needed. Cool amenities... The pool opens up the weekend we get back from our honeymoon... great timing! :)
