Suri Cruise is going to have issues...

Okay, religious difference aside, this child is going to be super-spoiled, and in super-trouble if this is how they continue to raise her...

The full article is linked (well, what was given of it), but here's an excerpt:

"It's all about being positive and supportive," says the couple's friend (Hubbard advised parents to "try to be the child's friend.") As for discipline, one former church member tells Us that Scientologists do not scold their children, but instead explain that bad behavior (like throwing a toy) is the "wrong action."

Cruise and Holmes, says their pal, are very lenient and do not like to give Suri too many rules: "Suri pretty much does whatever she wants, whenever she wants. If she fusses before bed, they let her stay up later. If they want her to go swimming and she cries, they'll take her out. If she whines about food, they'll ask her what else she wants to eat. They always want to please her."

Now, obviously, I want to please Jeremiah, and give him everything he wants, but y'know what? If I let him decide when he wanted to sleep, he would never nap, and stay up wayyyy too late, and be super grumpy, making all of us miserable. If I let him eat everything he wanted to eat, all he would eat would be his baby puffs, or animal crackers, etc...

The biggest offense in this article is the last line:

In other words, they're typical parents.

Uh.... I guess in Hollywood, but even less-than-good parents know better than to let their child do whatever they want.

But I digress...
