Ah, yes... Dan Smith... For those of you who don't know, he was one of the pastors at New Life Christian Church when I went there. He also moonlights as a DJ/white-boy rapper. Some of you may have seen one of his hits floating 'round the 'net, "Baby Got Book" (I was in the original... my .35 seconds of fame!)
Anyways, he's got kids now, and went the kiddie album route for a few songs... A couple, he put up for free on his website (since he doesn't have the "rights" to sell them...) You can find them/download them here!
The first tune, "NOVA" is a parody of Jay-Z's "Izzo" (HOVA) tune--won't be as funny if you're not in the NoVA area, but still creative and funny.
The second is Dan Smith's version of "Green Eggs and Ham". Yeah... Definitely for the kiddies. Fun stuff. :)
Anyways, give it a listen, and share it with your friends! Maybe you'll feel so inclined to pick up one of his other albums--help support his ministry!
